1. Commission Agreement

By engaging Carpceter for a custom commission, you agree that natural variations in wood grain and color are inherent properties of the material and not defects. We guarantee structural integrity for the life of the original owner.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in our production queue. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of deposit are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable as materials will have been ordered.

4. Delivery

White-glove delivery is mandatory for items over 50kg. Carpceter is not liable for structural issues caused by improper environmental controls (humidity/temperature) in the client's home.
